Iran's Foreign Ministry reports continued talks with the U.S. through intermediaries

Iran continues to hold talks with the United States through intermediaries, considering diplomacy its main priority and remaining ready to defend the country.

Iran's ambassador to Thailand, Nasreddin Heydari, said this in an interview with a TASS correspondent.

"Talks through intermediaries are continuing. The main question is how conscientiously the American side intends to fulfill its obligations. Diplomacy remains our priority, but we are always ready to defend our homeland," he said.
