Croatia unable to stop the strongest forest fire — there are casualties

Europe has proven powerless against the forest fires that are raging at this very moment in several countries at once.

The most serious situation is in Croatia. There are the first casualties, and dozens of people are in intensive care. This natural disaster has been called one of the most terrible in the history of the republic.

The flames are rapidly approaching a resort on the Adriatic coast. About two thousand residents have already been evacuated from there. All available forces have been deployed to fight the blaze, including six firefighting planes and an Air Force helicopter. But so far it has not been possible to stop the spread of the fire.
