Four killed and 12 injured in Houthi strikes on Mokha and Marib
The Houthis have once again launched missile and drone strikes on the Yemeni cities of Mokha and Marib amid an escalation of the conflict.
As 1news.az reports citing Al Jazeera, four people were killed and 12 others were injured in the attacks.
One of the strikes overnight into Sunday hit the outskirts of Mokha, a port city on Yemen's Red Sea coast, while another hit the city's main road. Four people were killed and eight were injured.
On Saturday evening, six ballistic missiles and four drones were fired by the Houthis at residential areas of Marib. Homes and civilian infrastructure were damaged, and four people were injured.
Earlier, Yemen's armed forces reported that over the past 24 hours they had carried out 181 military operations against facilities of the Houthis from the "Ansar Allah" movement.
