A plane crashed during an air show in Essex

A light aircraft crashed during an air show in the English county of Essex. The pilot sustained serious injuries.

As 1news.az reports, citing the British newspaper The Sun, the incident occurred on the afternoon of August 16 at the historic Stow Maries Aerodrome, which is home to a military museum.

It is noted that the injured pilot was taken to a hospital in London. According to the publication, none of the spectators or other participants in the air show were hurt.

The causes of the crash have not yet been determined.
