Greek oil tanker Skiros hit near Novorossiysk

The Greek oil tanker Skiros came under attack in the waters of the Black Sea after loading Russian oil at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) terminal near Novorossiysk.

As Bloomberg reports, the incident with the Suezmax-class tanker occurred on the evening of Sunday, August 16. The agency's report notes that this strike on a vessel that had called at the CPC terminal was the first after nearly three weeks of calm in the region.
