The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out one of the largest attacks on the Moscow region this summer

From Monday evening to Tuesday morning, 197 drones were destroyed in the Moscow region.

This attack was one of the largest since the beginning of the summer, according to reports from Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

According to his data, from Monday evening until 05:00 on Tuesday, air defense forces destroyed 180 drones. The attack continued after that: by 08:00, another 17 drones had been shot down.

The most massive attack of this summer and of the past two years occurred on August 16. At that time, according to Sobyanin, from the evening until 06:30, 201 drones were destroyed in the Moscow region.

Another major attack was recorded on June 18, when air defense forces destroyed 190 drones.
