Houthis claim drone strike on Saudi Aramco refinery

Houthi rebels from Yemen's Ansar Allah movement carried out a strike using drones on an oil refinery of the Saudi state company Saudi Aramco in Jizan province.

This was reported by the SABA agency, which is controlled by the rebels, citing a military source.

"The Yemeni armed forces (meaning the Houthis — TASS note) attacked the Aramco oil refinery in Jizan using several drones," the agency quoted the source as saying. SABA's interlocutor noted that the attack was allegedly a response to the violation of airspace in the Yemeni provinces of Saada and Hajjah.
