Iranian state television has begun raising funds for the murder of U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to the outlet, on the air of the IRIB Quran channel, host Maryam Ghasemi appealed to viewers to donate money as a reward for whoever kills the American leader.
"All Iranians hope that one day we will announce Trump's death," Ghasemi said.
In just 10 minutes of live broadcast, viewers collected 81 million tomans (about $435). A guest on the program, Iranian businessman Alireza Yunchi, promised to add another 19 million tomans, bringing the total amount to 100 million (approximately $535).
In July, Israel handed over intelligence to the United States indicating that Iran was preparing a new assassination attempt on the American president. Reports of the threat appeared amid an escalation between Washington and Tehran. Trump himself claims that this is not the first attempt by Iran to kill him.
