Russian Forbes has presented its 2026 ranking of Russia's richest women, which is still led by Wildberries CEO Tatyana Bakalchuk, with her capital estimated at $5 billion (8.5 billion manats).

The 16th spot in the Forbes ranking is held by 69-year-old private investor Larisa Alekperova, with her capital estimated at $500 million (more than 850 million manats).

Forbes notes that Larisa Alekperova, the wife of Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov, appeared on the oil company's list of affiliated persons in 2007 — at that time she owned 0.17%. Since then, her stake in the company's capital has increased, in part thanks to Lukoil's buyback of its own shares. Although L. Alekperova owns a small package, it allows her to receive dividends amounting to several million dollars annually. For example, in 2018 her dividend income, according to Forbes estimates, amounted to $4.5 million (7.65 million manats) after taxes.

It is emphasized that L. Alekperova owns a 10% stake in the company Sovremennye Investitsionnye Sistemy, which has assets of more than 231 billion rubles (4.59 billion manats).
