Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijan on the 108th anniversary of the liberation of Baku from enemy occupation.

"I congratulate Baku, the capital of friendly and brotherly Azerbaijan, on the anniversary of its liberation from enemy occupation, and I respectfully honor the memory of the commander of the Caucasian Islamic Army, Nuri Pasha Killigil, and his heroic soldiers," the post emphasizes.
