Meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding Held
On March 10, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding took place.
As reported by the Cabinet of Ministers, the meeting, chaired by Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) Ali Asadov, thoroughly discussed the Report on the Activities of portfolio companies managed by the Holding for the year 2025, key performance indicators and financial results, including total revenue and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization), a general overview of the development prospects of the Agro-Industrial Complex Azerpambyg LLC, the application of new regulatory and legal acts to AIH portfolio companies related to the organization of effective management of state finances, and other current issues.
On the agenda items, an extensive presentation was delivered by the Chief Executive Officer of Azerbaijan Investment Holding, Ruslan Alikhanov. Members of the AIH Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the AIH Board, and the invited Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Majnun Mammadov, spoke on the issues presented at the meeting.
At the conclusion of the meeting, decisions were made on the discussed issues, taking into account the opinions and proposals of the AIH Supervisory Board members, and relevant instructions were given to the Holding's Board.
