Rockets attack ADNOC oil company vessel in Strait of Hormuz

Vessel of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) came under rocket attack while passing through the Strait of Hormuz; no one was injured.
"A vessel belonging to the company was hit by a rocket strike while passing through the Strait of Hormuz in the early hours of Saturday, August 8. As a result of the attack, no one was injured, and the situation has been brought under control," the ADNOC statement said, which was transmitted by the Emirati news agency WAM.
On August 7, the Emirati newspaper Al Khaleej, citing a statement from ADNOC, reported that since the beginning of the conflict in the region, 15 company vessels have been subjected to attacks by rockets and drones in the Strait of Hormuz. As a result of these attacks, one crew member was killed and another 20 were injured.
