Opening of the Strait of Hormuz depends on the United States fulfilling Iran's conditions.

This was stated by the official representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Hossein Mohebi.

"Opening of the strait is possible only on the condition of full acceptance by the U.S. of the conditions put forward by Iran and refusal to interfere in regional negotiations. As soon as the U.S. accepts Iran's conditions, the Strait of Hormuz will undoubtedly be opened," Tasnim quotes him.

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal wrote that Iran intends to prohibit U.S. Navy ships from passing through the Strait of Hormuz as part of the discussed agreement on the resumption of navigation.
