Marco Rubio called Donald Trump the 'president of peace' on the anniversary of the agreement between Baku and Yerevan
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio praised Donald Trump's diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict in the South Caucasus in his social media posts.
The statement is timed to the first anniversary of the signing of the Washington Declaration between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Rubio emphasized the key role of the American leader in achieving the agreement. According to him, it was thanks to Trump that the parties were able to reach consensus.
