Nadir Imanov Appointed as New Vice President of BP for Financial Affairs in AGT Region
BP has appointed Nadir Imanov as the new Vice President for Financial Affairs of the company in the Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey (AGT) region.
As reported by Report citing BP Azerbaijan, Imanov will assume his duties starting April 1, 2026. In this role, he will replace Colin Allan, who will return to the United Kingdom on April 1.
Currently, Imanov holds the position of Vice President for Finance at BP in the Middle East and North Africa. In his new role, he will oversee the company's financial matters in the AGT region and report to the Senior Vice President for Finance in the Production and Operations segment at BP's London office.
Nadir Imanov will become the seventh Vice President of BP in Azerbaijan from among the country's citizens to join the regional leadership for AGT.
Imanov brings over 30 years of experience in planning and commerce.
Over the years, he has led large teams and business areas for BP in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Egypt, and Oman.
